Allison Quistgard, LE
Lead Clinical Esthetician
Allison Quistgard is a Clinical Esthetician, wellness editor, freelance writer and blogger with a passion for beauty, wellness, skin care, and the science behind it all. She has been featured on Marin Television’s, “Healing From The Ground Up” and has been a guest skin care consultant for Space NK Apothecary, London. Ali believes that skin care is more than just skin deep, and applies her lifelong passion of medical aesthetics towards transforming her clients’ skin from the inside- out and the outside-in so they look and feel their best.
Ali’s system is one of total integration: effective skincare at the hands of optimal products, healthful food, active lifestyle, regular exercise and the balance of body, mind, spirit. Ali started Spring and Glow after extensive work testing beauty products from all over the world and researching food and wellness practices. She now coaches clients on what it takes to transform skin at any age through customized, results-oriented methods to suit individual skin care needs.
Since shifting from a decade-long career in tech, Ali’s true passion for aesthetics led her to a position as a clinical esthetician with Robert Aycock MD Aesthetic Surgery Laser & Skin Care Center, where she specialized in pre- and post-procedure skin preparation and rejuvenation. She then spent several years practicing high-end skin care at a medical spa in Mill Valley. Today Ali is a Master Clinical Esthetician and Medical Assistant at Hayes Valley Medical and Esthetics in Larkspur, California. She is certified in micropenning, dermaplaning, advanced peels and resurfacers, microdermabrasion, and micro-current, cool sculpting, oxygen and LED treatments and Elemis Biotec Facial Therapy. She has completed advanced training in a multitude of skin care lines and is in production for a line of her own.
Ali lives in Marin County, California with her family. When she is not in the clinic or traveling around the globe and blogging, she is most likely on a field watching her children play lacrosse, reading, hiking or researching the latest innovations in skin care and wellness.
